On June 1st our President, Ned Forsberg, was presented with the AHAI Girls Program Award. This award recognizes Ned's unmatched contributions to Girls Hockey over 35+ years.  Way to go Ned!!

Effectively immediately by Presidential Directive, USA Hockey has increased the penalty for making a Racial/Derogatory Slur from a Game Misconduct to a Match Penalty.  Click on the link below for details.

In an effort to help control inappropriate spectator behavior, AHAI has implemented a rule regarding parent/spectator behavior.

Any time the on ice officials stop a game due to a spectator displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior, the violator will receive a minimum mandatory 3 game suspension from that team's games, and may be subject to further disciplinary action. Click on the link below for more information.
