In a shutout victory, New Trier Girls Varsity beat Lake Forest High School 3 - 0 at North Shore Ice Arena on Sunday. New Trier Girls Varsity scored two goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. New Trier Girls Varsity gained one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. The New Trier Girls Varsity defense took over in the final period. With both teams scoreless in the third period, New Trier Girls Varsity conserved its lead, and was the winner.

New Trier Girls Varsity continued their current win streak of 10 games and ended the game with a record of 30-2. Lake Forest High School suffered their first loss and ended the game with a record of 1-1.
